The intention of Sonnentherme thermal spa is to give mothers and children an opportunity to do themselves something good before delivery. In addition to the classic pregnancy gymnastics and normal gynaecological examinations, the Sonnentherme thermal spa and the Sonnenpark hotel open up completely new innovative dimensions: Prenatal music, alpha deep relaxation, water as a pleasant element for expectant mums as well as special massage and cosmetic treatments are the major components. Experts - gynaecologists, midwives, breast-feeding consultants, artists and sound designers, work as competent partners on development and implementation. The first outstanding results, exclusively for pregnant women, are the blue room and the alpha lounger.

The blue room of the Sonnentherme thermal spa is an oasis of relaxation. Body and mind find peace on the innovative alpha relax lounger. Soft movements, quiet sounds and the lights of the blue room relax and calm down not only the expecting mums but also the unborn baby. The interaction of form, colour, sound and vibration provides a condition of deep relaxation when you can listen to your inner voice much more easily and reinforce the perceived link between mother and child.
