Regular Baby Swimming Course

Baby swimming with professional assistance is offered in Sonnentherme from three to eighteen months. This is not about learning to swim, but about the shared experience of the element of water by infants and their parents. The natural movements in the water promote motor development and the child's self-confidence. Baby swimming has positive effects on the physical and mental development of the child. Orientation and balance are improved, the musculature and connective tissue is trained. Water especially holds a number of stimuli in store that speak to all fields of perception. In addition, there is close body contact, which promotes a strong sense of the baby's trust of its parents.

Seahorse (Beginners 3-4 years)
Octopus (Beginners 5-6 years)

The aim is through various water games and exercises to bring the child so close to the element of water that positive aspects such as joy, courage and also respect predominate. The foundations for swimming breaststroke are also laid down.

Dolphin (advanced 5-10 years)
Aim is to learn to swim the breaststroke, but also safety awareness and diving skills.
