Soft movements, quiet sounds and the lights of the blue room relax and calm down not only the expecting mums but also the unborn baby. The interaction of form, colour, sound and vibration provides a condition of deep relaxation when you can listen to your inner voice much more easily and reinforce the perceived link between mother and child.
