We look forward to welcoming you with your family! To make you feel comfortable and above all safe, we have taken all the necessary precautions to protect you, your family and our employees in the best possible way.

Safety and hygiene measures:

Caution! From 16.04. there is no general FFP2 mask requirement indoors, but only a recommendation to wear an FFP2 mask! We appeal to your personal responsibility for a safe and relaxed stay!

• From 16.04. there is no general FFP2 mask requirement indoors, but only a recommendation to wear an FFP2 mask! Wearing an FFP2 mask in the generally accessible indoor areas (entrance area, lobby, cash desks, reception, shop, access to restaurants, buffets, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, children's play and Care areas,...), with the exception of wet rooms (swimming pools, showers, slides, saunas and steam baths) and directly at the restaurant table! Additionally during the use of body-related services (massage, beauty treatments). Wearing an FFP2 mask is only necessary in the outdoor areas if the currently valid minimum distance (2 meters) cannot be maintained! Children between the ages of 6 and the age of 14 may wear a mouth and nose protector (MSN) instead of an FFP2 mask. Children up to the age of six and people who cannot be expected to wear an FFP2 mask for medical reasons are exempt from this regulation! Pregnant women are also exempt from the mask requirement, they can wear an MNS instead. You have to bring your own FFP2 mask or MNS or you can also buy it on site.

• No longer necessary from March 5th, 2022: The obligation to present a 3G proof at check-in. 
   
• The catering areas may remain open without restrictions.
• Possibility of contactless payment with a debit card instead of cash (still possible!) at the cash desks, the reception and convenient consumption using the entry chip bands in the Sonnentherme!
• Frequent or regular washing of hands and showering!
• Regular disinfection (hands, prams,...) at the disinfectant stands in the entrance and access areas, lobby, buffets and selected high-traffic areas!
• Shorter intervals between the cleaning and disinfection cycles by our trained hygiene team!
• Increased attention to cleaning or wiping disinfection of contact surfaces (handrails, handrails, prams, toys,...)!
• Regular and effective ventilation of indoor areas! (swimming pools, restaurant, saunas, steam baths, children's play areas,...)!
• Fever measurement service at the cash desks, reception and lifeguards!
• If you have symptoms of illness (fever, cough, headache and sore throat, breathing difficulties,...) please stay at home!
• Personal responsibility towards oneself, one's own children and consideration towards other guests for a caring togetherness!
• The current measures, safety precautions and instructions of the employees must be followed. In the event of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to impose an immediate ban (without returning entrance fees, accommodation costs and other booked or paid services!) and to report this to the responsible authorities!
